Import bol.com orders with marketplace prices and sync shipment details automatically.

Bol Sync imports bol.com orders into Shopify with the price paid on the marketplace. Existing products are matched by EAN or SKU, and missing products can optionally be created. Tracking details sync back to bol.com. Paid plans process new orders near real time. The app supports FBR, FBB and VVB orders, with 1, 5 or 10 bol.com accounts depending on the plan.

De app doet nu al precies waarvoor deze bedoeld is, en dat tegen een aanzienlijk lager kostenplaatje dan vergelijkbare apps op de markt. Waar veel alternatieven duur zijn of onnodig complex, blijft deze app overzichtelijk en effectief.

Het syncen en toevoegen van nieuwe artikelen bevindt zich momenteel nog in de bètafase, maar de eerste indruk is zeer positief en belooft veel voor de toekomst. De functionaliteit ontwikkelt zich duidelijk in de juiste richting.

Een groot pluspunt is dat de ontwikkelaar Nederlands is en bovendien uitzonderlijk goed bereikbaar. Vragen worden vrijwel altijd direct beantwoord en de support verloopt niet via een extern ticketsysteem, maar via een interne chat. Dat werkt snel, persoonlijk en efficiënt.

Al met al een app die blijft verbeteren, betrouwbaar aanvoelt en waarbij je merkt dat er echt wordt meegedacht met de gebruiker. Wat mij betreft absoluut 10 sterren waard.

Ik heb goede ervaringen met zowel de app als met de ontwikkelaar. De app voorziet mij in het grootste deel van de behoefte om producten vanuit Shopify op Bol te plaatsen incl. de teruglevering van de verzendinfo vanuit shopify naar Bol. Ervaringen met de ontwikkelaar zijn ook goed: hij snapt wat ik wil en probeert dat direct of in de toekomst te realiseren om de app te verbeteren.
