Brilliant!! Sid was extremely helpful too with setup! Would highly recommend this app...as easy to setup and easier to manage than others available.

I recently installed this app in our new store, setup was easy. However, during the manual installation, I ran into some trouble. I hit up the support chat and Nir was able to quickly fix it. Thank you, Nir!

Nirav was amazing today in helping me get Bold V2 working the way I needed it to be for my Shopify store. He went above and beyond and was patient with all of my questions. I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.

We've been with Bold Subscriptions through to this latest version 2.0. The first admittingly had some flaws, but we were able to work through them with their tech support and things ran pretty smoothly. This latest version has been great so far. The customer service has been excellent this time around ~ thanks, Kelsey ~ you ROCK! Bold is growing with us and we really appreciate the seamlessness of using Shopify and Bold together.
