For a long time, we had trouble creating a page where customers could manage their subscriptions themselves. With the help of support, we finally managed to do so today, and we would like to thank Daniel P once again for being so helpful and patient.

Customer support helped me get to the bottom of a payment issue and didnt tire of my endless stream of clarifying questions. Bhumi was my rep and they were great!
Today, I reached out for assistance with updating prices for Subscribers. We had already done a bulk update, but it was ineffective. Daniel took the time to first begin updates for me and then to walk me through how to do updates, and even verified that it was done correctly. At the end, he made sure I felt confident to continue this process myself. Daniel was super helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all the help, and am happy that all our prices are the same across the board now.
