Always excellent customer service. I've worked with Kelsey a few times and she has always been very helpful. Love the subscription app. Functions exactly as needed.

I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.

We've been with Bold Subscriptions through to this latest version 2.0. The first admittingly had some flaws, but we were able to work through them with their tech support and things ran pretty smoothly. This latest version has been great so far.
