I had issues manually installing the theme code and the automatic would not work. I not only received some help installing but it was a quick response.

We've been using BOLD for a while and have just migrated from v1 to v2 and we've left recharge from our other store. Irfan with Bold support specifically is one of the reasons we're brining everything under Bold. Irfan and the team have always been ready to help us with any problems that we have (most of which are user errors).

Setup for the app is very easy and had no trouble at all implementing. I have a few questions on for specific things and was helped by Cody almost instantly and provided me an answer right away! Highly recommend.

This app makes it easy to bring a subscription based business model to the marketplace. I wasn't completely understanding how to set up my subscription groups. I requested some chat assistance from the support team and Nir was with me quickly and helped me get everything worked out.
