I've been using Bold Subscriptions for the past two months and I have experience using both V1 and V2. The platform is great but I'm not quite sure how I feel about V2 just yet. It is currently stripped of a lot of the customization features that are offered in V1 so I've been reaching out to Support a lot for CSS/styling purposes. That being said, I've never met a more responsive support team to handle any request — they are so solution-oriented, patient, and kind. I appreciate the help and want to give a special shoutout to Vighnesh, Rifat, Cody, Daniel, and Simran. I am hopeful that V2 is continuously being optimized and will continue to use Bold V2! I really like this app, it works well, and support is fast and helpful. It is currently the only app in Shopify that can automatically charge the customer without bothering the customer. However, one feature I really need is to make it so the first subscription purchase is full price, and every purchase after that is discounted. Some customers buy the product once and unsubscribe and get the discount without 'actually subscribing'. This app is also so expensive every month plus Shopify's fees which makes me starting off this business hard and taking most my profit :( So this might be good for bigger businesses, not start-ups.

Fantastic plugin for my subscription services. Their support is really good, Mayank helped me with lots of stuff and was very friendly. If I could rate Mayank I would give him 6/5 stars.

Kelsey & Gaurav were very helpful and provided insight into why my customer had a duplicate order. Kelsey had a bright attitude and when they didn't know something, they were willing to figure it out so the issue was resolved. Thanks so much!
