This is the worst "update" I have ever seen on a app. They had a great working program and they went and ruined it by making a program update that doesn't do anything- DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!

Yes, this app does provide the ability for subscriptions, however basic functionality is often broken. We are bombarded with emails from unhappy customers who cannot change addresses or card details. Sometimes orders are sent to addresses that have been deleted both in the customer profile and the app!!! It makes us look completely incompetent to the customer. This has become damaging to our business and we have now taken the decision to change to ReCharge in the hope the service is better and more reliable.
I used this app for my subscription based business and so far Its great. Customer service is very helpful and goes beyond what's expected. Thank you Kelsey, appreciate your help.

Customer service live chat was great. got everything I needed. The only downside is I had to wait for each question to be answered. Possibly serving multiple people at once. Other than that Gagandeep was pleasant and knowlegeble!

I was originally recommended this app by Shopify Support, and honestly, it's been the best decision I've made. Their app works without hiccups, although I would advise checking everything before going live. I need to give a special mention to Gagandeep from their support staff, I have talked with her on repeated occasions mostly for small things, but when we needed to migrate our store to a more robust template. She expedited a support request to have the app manually installed on our new site. I would highly recommend this app if you plan on selling subscription products on your store, functionality, internal reports, and ease of order and subscription management is unparallel. Again I need to reiterate that thir support staff is amazing, Gagandeep has proved on repeated ocassions how much they care about their clients, and by extension mine as well. Today I had the oportunity to chat with Kelsey how went above and beyond for me and my problem, special kuddos to her as well as Gursharandeep from Tier 2 Support. Honestly you can't go wrong with Bold

I am brand new to Bold. I'm eager to get it up and running. I had some initial problems with set up but GUARAV stuck with it until it was resolved. Earlier, the onboarding team of Colin was very helpful too. He was with another person and I apologize I can not remember her name but I got the impression she may have been the supervisor) While I have not had a test run with sales yet, so far this has been a pleasant experience. I'll update as we being to make sales.
