App working great so far, and the customer service has been top notch! They helped us install and fixed an issue we had in one day. Ability to customize the text and the look is a plus for us also.

We've been using BOLD for a while and have just migrated from v1 to v2 and we've left recharge from our other store. Irfan with Bold support specifically is one of the reasons we're brining everything under Bold. Irfan and the team have always been ready to help us with any problems that we have (most of which are user errors).

Best customer service!! The only thing they need to add to this app to make it perfect is the buffer days!!! Other than that very happy with it! Managing 3000 subs should be a breeze! :)

I have not used the app yet, but the customer service so far has been incredible! Waiting for them to install my app and then i can give better feedback
Although have not yet used Bold because there was a failure in integration between shopify and bold, i have spoken to customer service and they were of tremendous help. very passionate team Update: Integration was 100% successful thanks to the Bold team; thanks!

Choosing a subscription platform is so MUCH EFFORT! Thankfully i reached out to Bold Support for options (I was on v1) and Chintak assured me that migration over to Bold v2 was the right move for us. I was so grateful, as we have been on Bold v1 paid version since 2019/20.

Since the 22nd of Feb I'm not such a happy customer :(
User Experience(lost a *): Lacking forecasting ability and adjusting customer subscription dates, reports are only available in excel. Inability to sort upcoming orders by date in app. ...not handy AT ALL. The only active sorting feature is ACTIVE, PAUSED, etc. so if you have 300 active subscriptions you have to scroll thru all 300 to see what day they are posting. OR export an excel spread sheet, sort that, then go back to the app and look up the accounts and make the changes. Yikes!
Customer side, it's okay for individual account holders changing products and dates etc.
Back to searching for a more User Friendly Platform.

After signing up for a trial and then forgetting about it, I decided to try to get it sorted out today. Simran was extremely helpful. I chatted to him on the Bold Support chat facility and he's helped me get all set up. Very excited!
