BOLD Subscriptions App

The Bold Subscriptions app has an excellent technical team and customer service, as they respond quickly and efficiently to any questions that may arise while using the app. The app works properly without interruptions, providing a complete solution for offering subscription products. I especially want to mention the support received from Bhumi, who answered our questions patiently and clearly.

I needed help with a subscription order, but by the time the session ended, Daniel had helped me adjust the widget placement and appearance, along with some other settings. He made everything not only look better on my website, but function better as well. I'm very pleased with this app, and it's really helping me grow my mail club subscription! And the customer service is fantastic.

Today, I reached out for assistance with updating prices for Subscribers. We had already done a bulk update, but it was ineffective. Daniel took the time to first begin updates for me and then to walk me through how to do updates, and even verified that it was done correctly. At the end, he made sure I felt confident to continue this process myself. Daniel was super helpful and patient. I truly appreciated all the help, and am happy that all our prices are the same across the board now.

Bhumi was extremely helpful for me in making some adjustments to my subscription group! They were able to help me with making changes to the code and the subscription groups. I thought it would take forever but they were able to help me out quickly and show me videos that showed exactly how to make the changes instead of trying to describe it. Very helpful!
