We had an issue with the Liquid code that meant that we couldn't make full use of the application's functionality. Taylor made an amendment to the code remotely and got us up and running within an hour. Very happy!
We mucked around for months trying to figure out what to do and when to start our migration form Subs V1 to Subscriptions to Shopify Checkout.
Cheyson and Cody and his team jumped in and sorted everything out with simple easy steps and it took no time.
This took all the pain away and in the end was a very simple process.
Thanks to you both and your teams, we certainly appreciate your assistance.
I have used the subscriptions for about 5 years now. The app has been great and the support when needed has been just as awesome. Thankfully I don't need support very often!
We have used Bold Subscriptions for over three years to bill our monthly recurring Shopify accounts. Have experienced virtually no issues and have had great support when required. Love the new app dashboard. Would highly recommend to any business needing a reliable customer billing platform.

Great app. Customer service is top notch! Navdeep was one who fixed an issue in literally 5 minutes by adding some code. Excellent customers service to go along with excellent app.
I had a quick issue with setting my default from subscription to one-time purchase and Krupa was able to help me quickly with a screenshot and quick video. I have had bold for 3 years and their customer service is really good.

BOLD has worked well for my business for the last 5 years. It's been reliable and help was provided whenever I had a (rare) issue. I just migrated from V1 to V2 and support was helpful throughout the whole process. Everything is working well so far, and I appreciate Chintak walking me through all the steps.
