Super customer support, really enjoy the app for our subscribers. Still in the process of migrating legacy subscribers from our old platform, but so far the Bold app and the support we've experienced has been great.

Good experience with the new app - we switched over from v1 - the migration was seamless and so far we're enjoying the new interface and are finding it able to suit our needs very well. We've had a few minor fixes that we've needed to get set up and customer service has been great. We've been dealing with Chaysen and they've been excellent!

It's mostly good but the customer can't always adapt their subscription pattern that easily. From the business side, it is straightforward and we can change things when customers ask and also add varying subscription dates/skip.

I do not understand how to cancel my subscription to BOLD on my Shopify since I did not complete the set up and am being charged for the service.
