We were excited to test Bold Subscription. However, this app only offers basic frequency subscription build. You can't even create a prepaid subscription. For basic functionality it should not be priced at $49.99 + 1% transaction fee. Better apps out there.

I've been using Bold Subscriptions for the past two months and I have experience using both V1 and V2. The platform is great but I'm not quite sure how I feel about V2 just yet. It is currently stripped of a lot of the customization features that are offered in V1 so I've been reaching out to Support a lot for CSS/styling purposes. That being said, I've never met a more responsive support team to handle any request — they are so solution-oriented, patient, and kind. I appreciate the help and want to give a special shoutout to Vighnesh, Rifat, Cody, Daniel, and Simran. I am hopeful that V2 is continuously being optimized and will continue to use Bold V2! Bold Subscription service has always been top notch for us. We have ZERO know-how when it comes to this stuff, and each time we have a mini-crisis, they're always there to help. Today, my customers couldn't view their My Subscriptions page. I popped onto live chat and both Nir and Guarav looked into the issue, asked relevant questions and got us up and running again in no more than 15 minutes. Amazing. I can say with certainty that Bold apps have some of the best service of all of my app plugins with Shopify. Plus, it runs smoothly, so that's a big plus! Thanks Nir and Guarav for making this is a much less stressful experience.

I have had issues with the app, but the last two times I have reached out to the support people and both times I was helped by Chintak who was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate the time and the patience and appreciate getting the issue resolved. Thank you!
