I have been using the subscription for over a year and it has worked well. I have chatted with support and they are quick to answer questions and find solutions.

Very pleased with the customer support - issues we experienced around creating customer accounts following guest checkouts and address sync problems were dealt with professionally and quickly by Dan from the Bold Commerce team. Now we can use the app as intended (within the limitations set by Shopify for subscription apps..)

I've never had anything but a fantastic experience with Bold Support. From the migration process from V1 to changing the text for me when I could not figure out coding. Their customer support is what makes me a very loyal customer.

Really helpful support. When my Shopify theme was updated, there was a missed step. I needed help updating my code and subscription verbiage, and figured I could reach out to Bold for help, and Chintak was super responsive and did so right away. Thanks!
