Haley and the entire BON Loyalty team are great! Good app, very fast and precise customer support. They fixed a couple of small problems and supported in export/import without any issues. I really enjoyed the team and am enjoying the app. thanks!

The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process.

She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done.
