From the moment I got on the app, Cady assisted and guided me through the setup. Although I didn't need much help, she insisted on giving me suggestions which ended up being very helpful. I like the immediate support of this app!

Die App läuft ausgezeichnet. Sehr übersichtlich und viele Einstell- und Brandingmöglichkeiten. Support bei Fragen ist sehr schnell und wird in kürzester Zeit bearbeitet. Online Chat mit dem Support klappt hervorragend.

The app provides great features along with fantastic support. Thank you to the team at BON incuding Cara, Sophie and Maxxie, who have been so helpful with setting up our loyalty system.
I have enrolled to the FREE version for the moment, and I must admit the way this app is designed is very friendly to the beginners. It seems very simple, robust and clear. Well, at times, I needed some help since I am a complete beginner to this reward & referral program, i was assisted by a super agent named HAZEL. She is brilliant, well mannered, knowledgeable and super fast! Overall experience was good for me! I would like to rate 5/5 for the app as well as Hazel's support!

The app is just fantastic ! It looks just beautiful and you can literally adjust EVERYTHING! I looked at a few apps but this is definitely the most aesthetic one. On top of that it literally makes FUN participating for your customers in the loyalty Programm because the action buttons are just made to press on. I tried it if the point of view of a customer for my ship and I just loved it and immediately wanted to upgrade my subscription plan for this app. The customer service is also outstanding and very nice and helpful! don‘t look any further, get this app !

I haven't started the loyalty programs yet, I've only set up the app initially, and so far, it's been a great experience. I contacted support to make sure everything was done correctly, and Maxxie answered all my questions and helped me throughout the process. Great problem-solving skills and speed in customer support. 10/10.
Update 1: we are having a little trouble with errors on the order counting limit, but I've contacted support and Sophie answered me very fast, she already contacted the dev team to solve the problem
The Customer Service was very prompt and she focused on fixing my problem quickly!
Excellent loyalty tool: straight forward, complete, easy to use and customizable. Support is also responsive. Maxxie was specially efficient and very nice. Thank you!
Awesome app with an amazing customer service, Maxxie helped me with the setup of alot of custom things for my need and she was nothing but professional and helpful and very fast. I recommend this app to anyone who wants a great app for rewards.
I've started the setup process with BON: Loyalty and I have had lots of questions. Anna has been extremely helpful and responsive. I downloaded another app and it took over 24 hours to receive a response from them. I will stay with BON simply because they are there when I need them. As a new e-commerce start-up, 5 star service is the most important to me.
