また、アナリティクスや詳細設定に関するご意見も共有してくださり、本当にありがとうございます。現在のアナリティクス機能や設定オプションは、幅広いリサーチに基づき、システムの安定性を保ちながら多くのマーチャントのニーズをカバーできるよう設計されています。一般的には、Analyticsタブで顧客行動や主要な指標をご確認いただけます。また、Customer Dataセクションでは、BONをインストールしてからの各顧客の合計購入金額や注文数などもご確認いただけます。
とはいえ、いただいたご提案は、しっかりと記録させていただきます、今後の検討事項としてチームへ共有させていただきます。こうしたフィードバックは、すべてのマーチャントにとってより良いBONを作り続けるうえでとても大切です。

Danni at Bon Loyalty was extremely helpful in the setup of the Bon Loyalty rewards app. She helped make setup a breeze. Hazel & Cara are very kind and supportive as well. Absolutely great Loyalty app that's super easy to setup most especially for someone like me who really struggles with technology but was able to do everything myself along with the Customer Service team at BON.
A BIG shout out to Sienna and Dannie who were always there to help me whenever I was struggling with anything and Logan the developer who went above and beyond to help customize the Loyalty page on our website to incorporate some additional features that are not present in the bespoke package.
Will happily recommend BON any day. Thanks team!

Enjoying the app so far. Support has been top-notch and lots of customization options available. Cara has been very helpful the entire process. Plan to continue using this, and as our business needs involve, upgrade to the paid monthly plan.
