BON Loyalty Rewards Program

A really good app for a loyalty program where there is both the possibility of giving points and other benefits to customers. Easy to set up and the few things we couldn't figure out were handled fantastically by their support - highly recommended. Thanks for a great app and fantastic support.

Truly great support, they have helped me from start to finish, importing points and customers from my old system, integrating with the store, and when i had some issues from shopify they helped me track down the issue and fix it. I use POS and web for this program and they have made it work wonderfully for my staff and my customers.

We just migrated our store from WooCommerce to Shopify and BON Loyalty has been one of the smoothest parts of the entire transition. The app itself is incredibly well thought out — earning rules, rewards, point redemption all just work out of the box, and the customization options are exactly what we needed without being overwhelming.

But honestly the biggest standout has been the support. The entire team but specifically, Ame, has been amazing — quick to respond, patient with our questions, and clearly genuinely cares about making sure things work right for our business. The support team, especially Hazel, was a huge help. At first, I thought the customer’s request regarding the account changes wasn’t possible. However, Hazel provided a step-by-step guide and stayed with me throughout the entire process.

She carefully confirmed each step I was doing to make sure everything was correct. Because of her guidance, I was able to successfully complete what needed to be done.

I’ve been using BON since around November 2025, and the experience has been very positive so far.

The BON team was extremely helpful during our data migration from our previous loyalty app, making the transition smooth and well supported. Whenever we encountered issues, their support team responded quickly and helped resolve them efficiently.

We are currently using the VIP tiers program, and I’m very satisfied with the UI/UX design. It’s clean, intuitive, and easy to customize.

I also appreciate that BON is based in Southeast Asia (Vietnam), which makes communication easier for us.

We had this app recommended to me as it works in well with Judge.me and Klaviyo. So far, it is pretty simple to work with and the Support team has been amazing, they have been available to us almost instantly each time we have used their Live Chat feature. Thank you to Hazel for her amazing help.
Our only feature request is that custom CSS should be built into every pricing structure, not just the Growth plan as it should be easy for stores to have the fonts and styling to match their store as much as you can - whether you are a small business or a larger business. But their support is helping me now to work through getting this enabled for us, which we are super grateful for.
