This app is amazing and so easy to use. When I had a question, I entered chat support and spoke with Emile. She was so knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of getting me set up. The customer service is on point, and I am already much happier using this app than I was with my previous loyalty program! Thank you so much Emile, you're the best!

I just started with this app and so far the customer service has been fantastic. I had a question and chatted with Daisy about getting a brandmark removed since there didn't appear to be an option. Without question the team jumped in and had it removed. They verified with me to make sure everything looked right and said to come back with any other questions. I didn't know where to begin with a rewards program while starting a new business so I am very happy BON and Daisy have been so great thus far.

So far, so good! I setup a test email account to see the welcome email and rewards. I will revisit this review after continued use. Emiline helped with brand removal on the widget; she was awesome!!!
