It was very easy to navigate. Cara was very helpful when I needed assistance. I really like how when you click on something that is locked help is notified and it is taken care of. I am very HAPPY this app is FREE and offers so many great features.

We use this app for a Refer a Friend program. It was pretty easy to customise to our brand colours and set up the program. We did have some help from a member of the support team - Daisey was super helpful and very patient. All set up and going and hopefully will work well in the future

The app is beautiful and sleek with most of the features you need. The app is still lagging and I need to refresh the app sometimes to make it response. I wish that point earning is more flexible. X points earn each 1 unit currency does not work well with all currency. It would be better if it can be set X points earn each Y unit currency. Daisy from support team is very helpful. She assured that the program speed issue is temporary and it will be solved. I'm looking forward to use the app after they finished the big updates which slow down the app.

The app works great, it does anything you could need for a loyalty app. Support was also the best, they helped me get the widget set up as a button. 10/10 customer service Daisy and Cara were great.
