I've started the setup process with BON: Loyalty and I have had lots of questions. Anna has been extremely helpful and responsive. I downloaded another app and it took over 24 hours to receive a response from them. I will stay with BON simply because they are there when I need them. As a new e-commerce start-up, 5 star service is the most important to me.
Bonloyalty is an excellent app for managing customer loyalty. I had concerns about the order limit and data import, but Hazel from the support team resolved them quickly and efficiently. Great support and a reliable app!

The Customer Service was very prompt and she focused on fixing my problem quickly!
A great experience so far. Customer service by Mia has been wonderful, she was immediately on the support chat asking if I had any questions or concerns. I asked about an extension for trial and they quickly added more time, no questions asked. Great user interface, navigation seems easy and customization seems broad and intuitive. Thank you!

Die App braucht etwas Geduld, bis man alles eingerichtet hat, aber der Kundenservice ist der beste, den ich je gesehen habe. Innerhalb von Sekunden hat man eine Antwort und die nehmen sich so lange Zeit, bis wirklich alles klappt. Sehr sehr gut

My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.
