I wasn't sure if i was going to keep the app but Anna was SOOO helpful i am going to pay for it and it is SOOO easy to use !! and if you need help their customer service is AMAZING!

Haven't had a chance to measure results yet, but as a loyalty app, it seems to have the right amount of features for the right price points as opposed to others. Their customer support is very helpful and friendly. Anna was very welcoming and kind and she fulfilled my customization request immediately.

Just started using the app. Loved the customer experience. Aster has been very patient with my queries and was helping set up the app and solving the queries for almost an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for a first impression!

We installed Bon a week ago due to a tremendous price increase from our previous loyalty app. We have been using it for 8 days and it's been great. As with any switch there are a few bumps along the way but the customer service has been excellent! It is timely and each representative goes out of their way to help me find answers. In particular, Genie had been extremely helpful.

I like the app, it provides quite a lot of video templates with a reasonable ability to customize messages to audience. Initially I had some challenges with connecting the app to my Tik tok account, but help desk was very responsive and promptly helped to resolve all issues. I recommend this app.

I had a small issue regarding the widget and after being in contact with the support services it was resolved within 5 minutes. Great service so once again thanks Maxxie! Furthermore, the options of the app are great if you are looking for a loyality program. Personally would love the referal system to include more rewards for Instagram and TikTok.

really nice and efficient app. very easy to set up. my only complaint is you cant activate the welcome email unless you upgrade. while i do understand other options not being available on the free, it would be nice for customers to receive a confirmation welcome email regardless of the plan.
