サポートの反応は比較的早く、親切で、日本語での問い合わせが可能です。
時間交代?で対応してくださっているのでスタッフの方が交替することで途中コミュニケーションがうまくいかないとこもありましたが、すぐにこちらの意図を理解してくださる方に代わっていただくことができ、おかげでカスタマイズについても細かく詰めることができています。
質問への回答もスピーディでとても助かっています。

まだ運用前ですが、安心して進められそうで選んでよかったと思っています。

Not only does this app allow our business to reward customers for both referrals and purchases- BON’s customer service is outstanding. I wanted a custom button made for my site and BON created it happily and free of charge!

I would recommend this app. I was a little disappointed that the free app did not include the POS system. But the cost outweighs the benefits. The support more than makes up for it. Maxxie was fast and was able to resolve my issue. I look forward to using and learning more about how this app will help grow my business
