Had some loyalty apps in the past and they where or very complicated or very expensive. This app really is very easy to set up and to use. Any questions and support is immediately at hand. Now see that our customers gone love it and that it brings us more sales! My compliments for the developer!
Update: we needed some extra settings to automatically exclude certain customer groups. The dev team took perfect care of that. Thanks again!

I love the BON app, and its support is 24x7.
Whenever I logged on to work on BON their support is right there to answer any questions I might have.
I have installed it in my Shopify store and looks amazing
I like the branding feature and how easy to change the reward points and locate the widget where I like to appear.
It is very easy to customise, especially without reading any manuals, and it is intuitive, but support is there also to get you through. Thanks, millions to the BON team.

I am testing out the Referral program on
1) How to customize the referral email - working
2) how to send the referral to a friend - sent via email
3) How will the friend use the referral link and receive the referral points - Yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work
4) Referrer will get reward points -yet to be tested but I am confident that it will work
I have received a great support with problems I had to date and am quite happy to use this app.

Hello, I'm Cara, Customer Support Manager. I'm very sorry for any inconvenience.
However, I'm worried that you may have misunderstood how the app works. I've sent a full detailed explanation to your mailbox, it would be really kind of you if you can spend just 5 minutes checking through. Here, I briefly summarize each case:
1/ The referral email shows the default domain of your store, not the commercial domain. We can always change it according to your request.
2/ How to send the referral to a friend - sent via email: we also support sending via Facebook & Twitter.
3/ How will the friend use the referral link and receive the referral points + Referrer will get reward points - not working: The referred friend, Noel, has not followed the referral steps successfully; therefore the two customers have not received points yet. We sent the detailed instruction to your mailbox.

The app is just fantastic ! It looks just beautiful and you can literally adjust EVERYTHING! I looked at a few apps but this is definitely the most aesthetic one. On top of that it literally makes FUN participating for your customers in the loyalty Programm because the action buttons are just made to press on. I tried it if the point of view of a customer for my ship and I just loved it and immediately wanted to upgrade my subscription plan for this app. The customer service is also outstanding and very nice and helpful! don‘t look any further, get this app !

My customers love the ability to earn rewards for their purchases. I recently ran into the first issue I've had with the app after a year when I integrated my shopify store with my tiktok shop. I contacted customer support and while unable to immediately resolve the issue, Anna's attention to detail and desire to understand what was going on, left me feeling like there would be a resolution to the problem soon. I recommend this app.

The App works without problems, has everything i needed. Could do every necessary translation. The design is smooth and with out any glitches on devices (what ive noticed at least) the support is incredibly fast and friendly. solved every issue within minutes while installing.
