This app shows real promise. It is a great starter loyalty app for stores looking to see if this type of promotional activity would work for them. The support is also great - I have asked for some customisation, which the developers said they would look at for me.

Emile is so helpful and kind!! I actually felt like I had a friend chatting with me as I did site updates at 3am, which was so cute considering this work is usually very solitary for me. Also the app itself is fantastic and very easy to set up. My rewards tab on www.ch13.co is customized and fully functioning with only 1-2 hours of setup (and I'm very slow). It blends well with my modern theme (Pipeline) and I am very very excited about all features being available for free at the time being. I absolutely would and will recommend this to friends with their own shop sites considering the lack of paywalls is amazing and not even my favorite part :) -Cat

Just added this app and was amazed at how user friendly it is! I was able to set it up and customize it to offer my customers a fun program-from start to finish I was done in less than 20 minutes! Works great and looks good on the website. Anna with support did a fantastic job answering a couple questions and assisting with a few finishing details. 5 stars!

I had previously installed a similar app but uninstalled when i found this one because it looks better, can be used as is with minimal customization and offered more ways the customer can earn rewards. Also, Anna provided excellent service in having the branding removed at no cost. For a free app, it works great and support is quick and efficient.

We tried several competitors in this field, 7 in total, none had more than they have. Customer service is kind and effective and always there when you need them. Emile and the team helped a lot when I had an issue. Definitely recommended.
