BON Loyalty Program & Rewards

Using BON has been a delight. I love the many features to customize my rewards program. When I needed something, customer support is always ready to help in a flash. Special thanks to Maxxie for everything. 5 stars one of my new favorite apps on Shopify.

We've been using this app for perhaps over a year, after searching high and low for a decent loyalty app.
The features are easy to use and it isn't difficult to set up. You can import all of your previous reviews through CSV.

This app is truly incredible, the features they are offering is massive. You can literally customize everything, the look & appealing feels very natural and intuitive. Support team is also a 10/10!

This is definitely one of the best rewards apps! It has many great features and a fully customizable modern UI. The customer service is top-notch as well. Anna was very friendly and quick to respond.

Had a question that I just couldn't figure out to enhance our customer experience. Reached out to a service representative and was connected with Cara whom was kind, responsive and knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers. Awesome customer service.

I had a little trouble setting up a couple of bits, but the customer service is great, friendly and quick.
