It is the best loyalty app that I ever tried. The quality of the app and the features are top class, the design and layout really pleasant and the customer service is something incredible. Not only "nice" but quick and effective in provide you any kind of support and customisation

Customer Support has been so helpful - I had a query outside of Support Hours but I was assisted so I could launch the Loyalty program with my business. I needed help with ways my customers can earn points and was swiftly assisted to understand but also showed how to complete the amendments. Super

After searching through several loyalty and rewards apps, I finally found the best...AND IT'S FREE! The BON Loyalty Rewards app is easily customizable and user-friendly. My customer service rep, Daisy, was awesome and quick to assist with immediate results. I definitely recommend this app to keep your customers coming back for more!

They have a awesome support program.
Emile had asked us what we needed before we asked her. And she helped us solve problems by providing the right support when we needed it most.
The reward program also has most of the functions we need, so it seems that can be introduced with a little modification.

This is a really super app - after trying a few other solutions available, this app really outperforms most others I have tried. And their support team are second to none, they are patient, understanding and pretty much always available. Quick response times and always willing to go that extra mile. Emile helped me today and was super, but I have been helped on other occasions by other support team members - Dean, Daisy, Tracy, Sunny - and I have to say every single one has managed to help me and answer my questions quickly and efficiently.

I LOVVVEEEE this application! Switch from a paid loyalty app to this and it really helped me alot in terms of financing! The UI is also very pretty. Sunny has been very helpful and her replies are super prompt! Thank god for the live chat on their app! The app is super user friendly. Would highly recommend anyone to try it!

I have just started to use this app to set up a loyalty program. Unlike some other loyalty program app options, this app is really customisable, allowing for almost all widget text to be customised. This means that the program doesn't feel like it's being cut and pasted from an app but is our own program with our own branding and style. I have yet to use this program on a live site and am still setting it up, but Anna in the customer service team has been very helpful.
