The app is still growing and maturing, but since I have used it in its early days and even until now, this app has been good and the customer service has been great! I am highly impressed with their ability to help out their users and in turn our customers with examples, walk through steps and overall great customer service. They have helped me set up and solidify the app and always help me when I need it. They keep adding more and more features as well and I'm excited to keep using this app and see how it grows.

The app is fantastic, it's the best one I've tried so far. However, what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. I encountered an issue, but Anna resolved it quickly, and now everything works perfectly. The team is also exceptionally pleasant to interact with. I highly recommend it.

I have been using it for a few days. Although it is not long, I found that it is relatively easy to master during the setting process, and the functions basically meet the needs of use. It would be more perfect if more task types and points use methods could be added in the future. , customer service Emile is very timely and effective help, thank you very much.

I ran into a little snag this morning SUNDAY. I contacted Bon Loyalty Rewards via online chat. I received a message saying all their techs were off on Sunday for a break. Which is totally understandable!

To my surprise Anna from Bon Loyalty responded on her day off. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes.
