We recently made the switch from a much more expensive loyalty program to the one provided by the BON team. We should have done it earlier. We are incredibly grateful for the prompt attention and assistance that the BON team consistently provides whenever we have a question. It is truly remarkable!

Still exploring the possibilities but so far I really like this app. And the support is great! We needed something I could not find in the app settings but Cara helped us really quickly to arrange this!

BON firmly believes in user-friendly policy. Our refund policy is transparent and aimed at safeguarding user rights. We're always here to assist you if you could provide further details about your case.

From what we can see, you forgot to downgrade the app after the trial ended in May 2023. It wasn't until Jan 07, 2024, that you reached out with a short message. With these limited details, we genuinely hope to connect with you directly to hear more from you.
