So far it has been great. I really love the way it looks on my site. The only thing I would like to see added, is the ability to do our own custom rewards. I would like to give points to customers for multiple shares on Facebook. The ability to do our own custom rewards would be a nice addition. The support staff (Emily) was very helpful.

Emile was very helpful in chatting with me as I was brand new to the app. Its a fantastic easy free app for a rewards program and I would highly recommend it to set up that program on your site to get return customers as they build rewards points

Bon is an amazing app that helped our team with the loyalty program. I have no words to describe the support I have received from the Bon team, especially Emile. For a free app, there is a lot of flexibility for customization and the app itself is very intuitive overall. As others have stated, support is quite responsive as well as open to questions and ideas as well.
