Super App! Tons of customization easily to be setted up. Layout is very flexible. I works good in desktop and mobile. We hope to increase our customer experience. Daisy from the on line support is very kind. She is always ready to help customer.

It's rare that I have an enjoyable experience when reaching out to app developers. I actually dread when I have to reach out instead of figuring it out on my own. However, this app's team has truly gone above and beyond. Like many of us small business owners, I was looking for an affordable option with great features to offer my clients rewards. I have reached out to this team before installing this app and numerous (and I mean numerous!) times after installing, and every single time they have been beyond polite, and truly helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and that in addition to their affordable pricing and numerous features, will truly set them apart going forward as a rewards app and convert prospects such as myself into clients, and clients into lifelong customers. So far, the performance of this app has been perfect and in fact easier to use then the one I previously used. I love that my clients do not have to sign up a second time just to earn rewards, instead this app integrated directly with my pre-existing customer list on Shopify. I highly recommend this app to all small businesses needing a more affordable and friendly option.

So far the experience has been helpful. I just downloaded the app and while setting it up I had some questions and Emily and Ryan helped out. Seems fairly easy to use and responsive support. I will update as the time goes on and I use features.
