I ran into a little snag this morning SUNDAY. I contacted Bon Loyalty Rewards via online chat. I received a message saying all their techs were off on Sunday for a break. Which is totally understandable!

To my surprise Anna from Bon Loyalty responded on her day off. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes.

Great app and fantastic customer service! Thanks so much Anna!

Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. When I reached out I worked with Genie and was assisted in setting up my widget super easy and straight forward. Would recommend to others to try this app customer service is there for you!! Had a great time using this app and would definitely recommend. It's got all the features a paid app does but it's completely free, no hidden fees. Customer support is great as well with a quick response time. Overall a very good app.

Compared to all of the loyalty program apps, I've found that BON really is the best with the best price too!

Going through setting it all up for the first time, Daisy and the development team were rockstars in answering my questions and helping make adjustments I was stuck on.

Daisy was extremely friendly and quick to answer, even with breaks in between my questions.

Definitely a stellar support experience!

As for the app itself, I'm currently on the $15/mo plan and for the size of my business, it is perfect. The customizability goes in-depth down to the name of your points, the emails that are sent out, the colors of the widget, and much more.

I really felt I could fully customize it the way I wanted it to be, and that fit my shop the best.
