This app is great for rewarding customers.
Cara a support member was very helpful with setting up the app to my store.

Super easy to set up but won't let me do anything from mobile device. Have to set it up and maintain it from laptop. On the customer side, they also can't sign up or sign in to my reward program from a mobile device. Just a blank white screen. Works fine from a laptop though. Clearly in need of a lot of development. Otherwise a great app, easy to use and fun to customize.

However, we set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our front-end widget. Our server was in maintenance mode last night and the speed for loading widgets was slower for a few minutes. Although we notified our old shop owners via chat, we are sorry for not giving you a "heads up" sooner.

If you are looking for an app to start your loyalty program this is the app for you. Besides being a very easy app to set up the whole program, the support is always super helpful. From the first moment I had a good support from Daisy :)

Fantastic app if you want to start a loyalty program for your customers. Virtually everything is customisable. Emile from the support team went an extra mile to help me out during the weekend! How very customer orientated. Can't fault a thing!

It's amazing. This app is easy to manage and give mane option to change the profile to you liking. It is also very convenient.

The process of setting up BON was straightforward and user-friendly, with clear instructions and easy-to-follow steps, and explanatory videos. Even when I called out for support Cady was there to guide me through the process very quickly and effectively. I would certainly recommend using BON for your store!

I have found this app is exactly what I was looking for! The staff is super helpful and responsive and do an excellent job of answering questions and offering support! Daisy was super engaging and very nice to work with too!
