Very simple to set up and customize to match my branding. Emile was quick and helpful when responding to my questions. I've tried other loyalty apps and this one seems far more cohesive with my shop and less point based and gimicky. I was able to make it do direct discounts for my customers in a way that will be beneficial to them.

The app didn't work for me, but they refunded me the full amount. Great customer service. I will try the app in a few months, see if the bugs are out. I did like the app a lot.

As per our records, a refund was processed on 20 July, and it should have been credited back to your original payment method. If the funds have not been credited to your account, please let us know immediately, and we will take swift action to resolve the situation and ensure you receive your refund without any further delay.

I'm sorry that the way our Support staff explained the synchronization process caused a slight misunderstanding, made you to worry although the data was actually fetched and complete long time before, but customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and I want to assure you that we are committed to providing the best possible service.

At BON, we value each customer and strive to maintain the highest standards in our services. Your feedback and experience are vital to us, and we want to use this situation as an opportunity to learn and improve.

Here at BON, every support staff and technical staff, we care and we respect each of your words, your opinions. BON has a transparent refund policy and we always put your satisfaction first.

Again, allow me to explain why some customer accounts don't sync right away. When a customer logs in/registers, his account will immediately appear in the Loyalty app. Conversely, if merchants (or 3rd-party apps) manually create customer accounts in the shop's admin, we have to fetch this data from Shopify to BON and the timeline can vary from a few minutes to a few hours. Rest assured that customer accounts will be periodically re-synced daily to ensure stable performance and user experience.

We appreciate your detailed review, we understand that each feedback reflects the customer's true experience and that should help us grow. Please do not hesitate to chat with us if you have any further requests.

It's a nice app and it's free. Customer support is also great. It seems so far that it meets all my requirements. Emile was so helpful and nice solving my doubts.
