We selected this app after trying others that add in too many features that we wanted to implement in other ways. Bon's loyalty program app has a great feature set without adding in complex gift card functionality, which we would prefer to manage through native Shopify processes. Their online documentation is great and customer support through chat has been excellent. Daisy in particular was a great help in answering all of my questions and making sure I had direct access to the information online. Highly recommended!

Was looking for an app to add to my website and decided to install BON. I'm so glad I did. It's super simple to use and easy to customize the widget. Which is huge for me because loads of customization options tend to overwhelm me. I was also greeted by Anna. <3 Who helped solved a quick little issue. She kept me company while having the dev worked on it for me. She was super sweet and wonderful. Totally made my night as I was kinda worrying about when and how to launch my website but after talking to Anna, she made me feel confident and at ease. We added the BON app today and it's fairly straightforward. If you have an issue, the customer service is incredible. I was lucky enough to have Anna as my representative. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Best of all, she makes things happen quickly. I look forward to launching BON and seeing how it improves our customer retention/return rates.

So far this app is AMAZING. I just downloaded it tonight, but the customization is perfect and the rewards options are endless. A special shoutout to Emile for her INCREDIBLE customer service helping me figure out some things, even being extra generous to go above and beyond, as well as being super relational connecting with me about our business. I'm going to see how well this goes with gaining loyalty with our customers, I have a really good feeling about it so far. :)

Great Little app that does everything the others and more without charging like a wounded bull. Emile in support helped me with some of my questions and was super responsive and helpful. Def worth taking a look if you are wanting to offer your customers something more for being loyal.
