I used this help to create a loyalty program for my customers. I used an Affiliate App solely for 6 months, but didn't feel it was encouraging my customers to shop or feel appreciated. I switched over and now can reward my customers with points for free product as Birthday Gifts, Referring friends, following our social media platforms and joining our email! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME! I had one question, which Daisy was quick to answer. The one question turned into three more and Daisy was beyond patient and answered and FIXED my issues I was having! So far, way impressed!

Emile has been extremely helpful! This app is pretty easy to use, though they have someone ready to assist. I am extremely excited to see this app supports my site and helps my customers.

Amazing service, an absolute gem for a free APP. You can even remove the branding for free. A truly great app, highly recommend

When looking for a loyalty app, I searched and found two apps, Bon and Smile. Since we are a new shop we decided to go Bon and have seen that we have made a GREAT choice! We installed the app and Daisy was able to answer some questions for us even though it was non business hours. Once I have set everything up Emile checked up on me and was able to help me make sure every feature was setup correctly. She found something missing and was able to help me fix them step by step. She really provided an excellent experience through the whole setup process.
