The customer support is really great. I was lucky enough to have Chelsea and Cady helping me. Setting up the application is simple, understandable and hassle-free. My customers are satisfied with the application as well.

We've been using Shopify online for over 10 years and have decided to leave our current POS and go all in with Shopify POS pro + online.

Been looking at many points / rewards programs to replace the one we had with our non-shopify POS. Tried a few different ones (that didn't / couldn't meet our needs ) and then came across BON.

Glad I found them! Decent price, has most of the features we want / need, (and so much more features that we don't use) and the one we truly really need (and they don't have) has been escalated to their design team for review. ***Fingures crossed.***

But the best part is their customer service. We're in Eastern Standard Time (UTC/GMT -5), and no matter what time of day or night I reach out to BON... there's always a human that answers. Been dealing a lot with Maxxie, and she is fantastic... The whole team is great.

Sophie and Maxxie were a great help in setting up the app. For reference, the app needs to be activated in the settings as well as the theme, a point I overlooked.

However they quickly addressed this and helped me to remove the BON 'label'.

Great support and looking forward to testing the APP, initial thoughts are the interface look clean.

Just got the onboarding proccess with Anna and I have to say it was one of my best customer service experiences I had in Shopify app store!
As far so good with the app, UI and implementation is straight forward, seems to do what they promise and more. After my research for a loyalty app I'm confident it is the best value for money at the moment!

Je démarre avec l'application donc je ne la connais pas vraiment mais je mets un avis pour le service. Cela fait 2 nuits que je contacte le service clients et j'ai une réponse de suite. C'est vraiment incroyable d'avoir un tel service très pro, c'est assez rare sur internet et surtout une vraie aide. J'ai vraiment été accompagé pas à pas. Je pense que l'appli est très bien car pour avoir un tel service client, l'application ne peut être que performante. Je recommande à 1000%. Je reviendrais Merci Cara donner un avis quand j'aurais un peu d'expérience avec l'application. Merci Cara.

Die App lässt sich sehr leicht integrieren und anpassen. Funktioniert nahtlos. Bei Problemen oder Unsicherheiten hilft der Support sofort und zügig weiter. Ich hatte das Vergnügen mit Support-Mitarbeiterin Cara. Sie war außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und nett. Sie hat mir mit allen Unklarheiten geholfen und wir hatten ganz nebenbei ein sehr nettes, menschliches Gespräch - eine Seltenheit heutzutage. Die App kann ich ohne Weiteres mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wow! Easy to use. The onboarding checklist is very helpful, and there’s a lot of amazing features, even in the free plan! Just like the other reviews say, the customer service is amazing. Anna was my support person & was so kind and helpful. Amazing experience:)

Bon Loyalty absolutely fulfills my expectations. Functional, perfectly customizable and also very well received by customers. The support responds very quickly, is competent and friendly. Anna, Sophie, Chelsea and Mia have always helped me quickly. Many thanks also to the dev team in the background! - They have implemented all my wishes superbly. I can highly recommend the app - it is definitely an enrichment for our store and our customers.
