I just started using this loyalty app but this team shows that they're the best! They were readily available to solve all my concerns no matter how small they were and I am not even on a paid plan!! Will definitely continue working with them and would recommend others to do the same.

I would 100% recommend Bon Loyalty,

I was with Loyalty Lion from when they started but they kept pressuring me to sign up to a new priced plan 2500% higher than I was paying, no consideration for me being with them since they started, kept threatening to cancel my plan!

I found BON, and wow I am so pleased I did, they are so helpful the support team is there every step of the way to help you.

We have launched to our customers and they are loving the new BON Loyalty program.

Everyone on the support, Anna, Chelsea, Maxxie & Cady is amazing.

I 100% recommend this app for your store.

I received great customer service from Anna! Just wanted to hide the widget from the page (we just wanted a landing page for our referral program, no widget) and she was able to help me through chat right away.

I ran into a little snag this morning SUNDAY. I contacted Bon Loyalty Rewards via online chat. I received a message saying all their techs were off on Sunday for a break. Which is totally understandable!

To my surprise Anna from Bon Loyalty responded on her day off. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes.

Very helpful in helping me set up, and answering questions quickly and friendly. I am on a demo right now, but I expect to see this sort of customer service in the future, too.

Voor ons een prima spaarprogramma en de installatie was met ondersteuning van Sophie (via ingebouwde chatfunctie) snel uitgevoerd. Omdat we een vergelijkbaar systeem in onze fysieke winkel gebruiken willen we dit ook online aanbieden en hiermee een prima online alternatief kunnen bouwen!
