This was easy to setup, Anna was amazing and helpful with every detail I needed. This program has alot of customizable options and looks nice as well!

So far set up has been super easy and Anna in support was incredibly quick and responsive. I am starting with the Free plan to trial run as we are just starting out, a lot of the features I want are behind the pay wall of the first tier (like birthday points) but I am thinking there is enough in the free that it will be a great way to start loyalty on my shop!

This app is amazing. Does everything I need and more. I love that my customers can earn points. Helps with loyalty and rewards.

Excellent Loyalty program for a startup - affordable and includes much more than other similar services - plus much cheaper.

Guys are truly doing everything to provide the best possible service.

Excellent, super quick customer service, especially Maxxie and Cady that resolved our issues straight away!!

Voor ons een prima spaarprogramma en de installatie was met ondersteuning van Sophie (via ingebouwde chatfunctie) snel uitgevoerd. Omdat we een vergelijkbaar systeem in onze fysieke winkel gebruiken willen we dit ook online aanbieden en hiermee een prima online alternatief kunnen bouwen!

I just downloaded the app so I can’t speak to the results yet. However, BON has it set up so easy to get started!! And Anna in customer service was wonderful to help me with removing branding before I even got the app set up!

So far I love it and can’t wait to see what BON brings to my store front!!

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités et faciles à prendre en main. Pour couronner le tout j'ai pu bénéficier, avant même de prendre un quelconque plan payant, de l'assistance de Sophie et Chelsea qui ont été à l'écoute de toutes mes problématiques. Je recommande vivement cette application !
