Just getting started on it and I requested some things not readily available to be installed/setup, Maxxie was quick to help and they're making it happen how I wanted it despite it not being an actual option to do on my end. Very good customer service!

Muy buena aplicación, el diseño es bonito y sencillo y puedes personalizarlo bastante. He probado muchas aplicaciones de loyalty reward y esta es la que mas me gusta. Además el servicio de soporte es muy atento y me han ayudado mucho Emilie, Anna y Lindsey.

Just started using this app but so far the customer service is exceptional! I didn't read the onboarding directions before I completed the onboarding and needed some assistance. When I reached out I worked with Genie and was assisted in setting up my widget super easy and straight forward. Would recommend to others to try this app customer service is there for you!! This app is exactly what I have been looking for. I had tried a few others before but I didn't like them. Glad I found BON.
I also had a little issue with the customization but the customer service was superb. Anna helped me solving the issue even when it's Christmas holiday time, I really appreciate it. Forgot to leave a review because I got distracted haha so this is a bit late.
