This App is super simple to put together. You can manage all your rewards and discounts. You can also set up to your preference on color schemes and whatnot. When I had a question about getting the icon to show up on my page, Anna was super helpful with showing me how to get that up. I know if I have a question or concern, I can feel comfortable asking Anna in the future.

tl;dr: BON is super cute, easy to use and customize, offer FOR FREE what the other reward programs offer in their paid programs, and their Customer Service is beyond expectation, if you get Emile be prepared to be all the way taken care of. Only con is right now they don't have the POS in person shopping feature but it is coming! They took great care of me quick so they got my business. I recommend switching to BON! I am beyond impressed by this new app! They bring a new meaning to customer service in my experience. I'm currently using Smile and wanted to try something new just because so I searched and the visual of the preview I saw on the App Store was super eye catching so I thought I'd give them a try. It's super easy to navigate, SO MANY MORE CUSTOMIZATION FEATURES THAN SMILE and it's FREE!! On top of that, clicking around I saw that I could request to get the BON branding off and met Emile one of the customer service reps and within 5 minutes of chatting with her she had got one of the developers to take it off just like that. They take care of you here at BON. My ONLY deal-breaker is that their app does not work for in store redemption on POS yet. Emile assured me that it is on their development roadmap. With the service I got today, I'm willing to wait! Also, Emile assured that the development team will help transfer my customer's smile account points over to BON for a smooth transition. So BOOM! They got my business for sure!

I used this app to help me give back to my customers. Rewarding them for the support. I really like the customer service, especially from Sunny. She was very helpful!

Geweldige service en een goed systeem. Voor de prijs het beste loyalty systeem uit de Shopify App store. Terwijl ik er best wat uitgeprobeerd had!

Voor wat op maat gemaakte services heeft Maxxie mij goed geholpen.

We hebben zojuist uw 4-sterrenrecensie gelezen en het is jammer om te zien dat u problemen hebt ondervonden met het nieuwe klantaccount.

1. Wat betreft uw bezorgdheid over het feit dat klanten geen punten kunnen gebruiken, hebben we uw winkel grondig gecontroleerd. Tijdens onze beoordeling hebben we ingelogd en succesvol punten verdiend en ingewisseld voor beloningen op de BON Loyalty Page zonder problemen. Bekijk onze schermopname in de e-mail die we hebben verzonden.

Als dit uw bezorgdheid niet wegneemt, kunt u dan verduidelijken wat het exacte probleem is dat uw klanten ondervonden bij het inwisselen van hun punten bij BON? We willen eventuele problemen snel begrijpen en oplossen.

2. We zijn het ermee eens dat de mogelijkheid om punten in te wisselen bij het afrekenen een naadloze ervaring voor klanten zou bieden. We zijn verheugd om te delen dat deze functie al op onze ontwikkelingsroutekaart voor dit jaar staat. We zullen al onze handelaren op de hoogte stellen zodra deze officieel is gelanceerd.

Just recently installed the app after trying a few others. BON loyalty was so much easier to use, had all the features I required yet the interface was still simple and not overwhelming. Anna was also a great help and answered any questions I had!
