I use this app to do my tier rewards, they are quick to respond and are so kind to help with setting my system up!

Great support from BON team, super fast response and solving the issue. I would give 5 stars to support team (Daisy). But for the product I would give only 4 stars, currently intergration with review apps are quite limited, there is no Loox for example.

I am still setting up but it seems super easy and simple to use and fits very well with my site. I am excited to see how this boost customer retention. Emile with customer support is absolutely fantastic and helped me with my query and kept me entertained while we waited.

I just installed the app, and it really has a lot of customizations and features for a free app. Completely modern design and up to date! They seem to have really good support too, I was helped by Anna who was very friendly and helpful. Continue with the good job! :)

Super easy to set up but won't let me do anything from mobile device. Have to set it up and maintain it from laptop. On the customer side, they also can't sign up or sign in to my reward program from a mobile device. Just a blank white screen. Works fine from a laptop though. Clearly in need of a lot of development. Otherwise a great app, easy to use and fun to customize.

Your compliment on the app's user-friendly features truly encouraged us to try even harder to improve our product. Nothing is more wonderful than having customers who are always willing to experience new products - give feedback - and accompany us on our journey to develop.

However, we set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our front-end widget. Our server was in maintenance mode last night and the speed for loading widgets was slower for a few minutes. Although we notified our old shop owners via chat, we are sorry for not giving you a "heads up" sooner.

I really would recommend this APP for anybody looking for a referral and loyalty program the app is user-friendly and has a great dashboard. the customer service and especially Emile is from another world Thank you Guys best of luck ...

Bueno, no está mal. Solo que cuando llevas unos meses pues los clientes se aburren un poco porque no se agrega nada nuevo porque apenas hay acciones que se puedan agregar y es muy cara mensualmente.
Realmente no se ve un mejor rendimiento con respecto a no tener la app instalada.

Anna is one of my favorite support personnel! She's always so helpful and positive. She has even taken a couple of our discussions to the developers for suggestions and app improvement. I really feel that BON is a partner to our company and not simply a service.
