Very helpful and I can say this would be a quite perfect solution for starter websites to do the loyalty program. Just need some improvement on customizing and branding of some features

Bon is an amazing app that helped our team with the loyalty program. I have no words to describe the support I have received from the Bon team, especially Emile. She has helped me with all the issues; very kind and very dedicated. For any issues, they'll respond quickly and resolve them without causing any delay. I'd recommend Bon to anyone who would like to have a royalty program on their site.

For a free app, there is a lot of flexibility for customization and the app itself is very intuitive overall. As others have stated, support is quite responsive as well as open to questions and ideas as well.
