I'm just testing the app, but it seems great! I needed help customizing a few things, and the response from customer service was immediate (via chat, with Hazel being very helpful). The app is awesome, and all the features are exactly what I need for my business. I will definitely upgrade to the premium plan.

I've been with Bon Loyalty since the beginning and it is a wonderfully versatile app. I think they have outstanding customer service and are always quick to reply and friendly with it. I had a massive request today and Hazel was great with her help.
