Le support est réactif et à l'écoute.
Nous ne l'avons pas encore testé en prod afin de savoir si la conversion fonctionne vraiment.

I just added this widget to the store. It's easy to set and they provide very quick and professional help, super friendly too! Just start a realtime conversation and they will solve your problems right away. Definitely recommend if you need widget with the same function. :)

I have tried several apps for reward programs and BON Loyalty has been very easy to set up. The translation function (german onlineshop) is easy to handle and customizable. The widget looks good and the support is great. Normally they don't have support on weekends, but I even got answered my questions on a Saturday (thank you Daisy!). It's still a very new app and I'm excited for future features coming out.
... and it's still for free! :-)

Absolutely amazing app to use. Super easy, fun and simple for first timers like me. I was able to set it up and customize it to my liking. And the customer service is insanely amazing, above and beyond to say the least. Cady helped me on several things and helped me achieve them with ease. 100% recommend !!

Very easy to setup and use. Excellent customer service and very nice to work with. I am currently using it and I believe it will certainly make a big difference on how customer's interact with it.
