This is a really simple, good app, especially for a free app. Easy to use, can customise lots of aspects. Support was helpful with some setup questions. Quite happy with this. Would recommend.

I shopped around for a loyalty program for a while and Bon had the best features to price ratio. Gave em a shot and have been super impressed! It's very feature rich for what you pay and integrates smoothly with Shopify. Little hiccups here and there have been addressed super fast by their support team, Daisy is awesome! We've had it fully installed about 6 months and couldn't be happier with our choice.

This app is great. There are a lot of possibilities it offers. The support is more than great, Carla helped me and guided me step by step through the app and explained all the possibilities. What I really liked was their desire to hear what suits us as users, what needs to be improved, what options still need to be introduced. I recommend everyone who is considering this type of application to opt for this one, as it has everything you need as a user, functionality, a beautiful look, many options, and perfect customer support.

I just started my online retail business and wanted to get a loyalty program put in place. After reading the reviews, I had to go with BON. Worked with Daisy and she was very nice and helped me out immediately! Highly recommended!!

I just started using this app today but so far setup has been a breeze, customer service is awesome and it'sfree! Everything I currently look for in an app. Now, if BON Loyalty performs well, it will be a keeper for my store.

So far I'm very impressed with this beautiful app! Lot's of customizations and perks you can reward your customer with. Love that you can add on things such as follow on your social channels for points. It's amazing that this app is free! Emile is a wonderful help on setting up and gave so many great suggestions!

BON is the best loyalty app going. I have tried a few for my store and this simply tops them all. Best of all, it's free. Like, completely free. Daisy @ Customer Service has been brilliant too with any snagging issues. You are missing out to go with any other app. (Y) I am looking forward to what else is to come from BON.

Don’t look any further this app is an absolute must for you Shop. The features Is what attracted me but the customer service is Amazing !!! A link directed me to Emile her personality and customer service made my day. She was so kind and helpful ! I’m excited to have this app in my store ! I would give 1000+ stars if I could.
