So far, so good! I setup a test email account to see the welcome email and rewards. I will revisit this review after continued use. Emiline helped with brand removal on the widget; she was awesome!!!

The app is really useful to our store , it helps a lot to our relationship with customers. And the technical supporters work fast and can solve the problems within hours. Emile is a friendly and nice service,she mostly can helf me deal with all my requests.

I absolutely love this app! It's more promising and way easier to use than the others I've tried. Emile helped me with so much and she was AMAZING! She was very kind, patient, and genuine <3 She made sure all my questions were answered and exceeded my expectations. Definitely the best support I've had in all the time of using Shopify. BON is awesome! I definitely recommend using this app!

Uso l'applicazione per fidelizzare i clienti, è molto intuitiva e facile da configurare. L'assistenza è perfetta, e veloce, Daisy ed Emile sono state molto cortesi e professionali. Perfect app! Looks really nice, you can customize it, support is amazing, very polite, nice, quick and effective. So far I really like it and looking forward to use all its features! I like the possibility to earn points and refferal program, too!
