The App is very simple and the Anna from customer service is amazing, she helped me get started with this loyalty program and unlocked several of the features for me and gave me a few suggestions to improve my site! :)

So far this app is super easy for the not tech savvy persons and very easy to use. I can wait to have it fully functioning. Daisy has been online with me from me signing up to me completing. Customer Service is excellent.

This app is amazing and so easy to use. When I had a question, I entered chat support and spoke with Emile. She was so knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of getting me set up. I just started with this app and so far the customer service has been fantastic. I had a question and chatted with Daisy about getting a brandmark removed since there didn't appear to be an option. Without question the team jumped in and had it removed. They verified with me to make sure everything looked right and said to come back with any other questions. I didn't know where to begin with a rewards program while starting a new business so I am very happy BON and Daisy have been so great thus far.
