Rarely have I received such an excellent and quick support. Emile from Support and Kyle from Dev took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. Not hours or days, minutes!
The UI/UX is simple, well thought and good looking. I definitely encourage you to try it out, especially for this price, there is no better solution out there.

This app is very easy to use, you can customize a lot, there are some feautures that i didn't find in other loyalty apps and it's free which is always a + :)
Emile from the customer service was very kind and helpful!

I just downloaded the app so I can’t speak to the results yet. However, BON has it set up so easy to get started!! And Anna in customer service was wonderful to help me with removing branding before I even got the app set up!

So far I love it and can’t wait to see what BON brings to my store front!!

Stellar support from multiple people, and Genie specifically today with a image sizing issue. This rewards app has all of the features we needed for a good price compared to competitors that we also considered.

I just started using the BON rewards app and the interface is so easy to use and very appealing to the eye. With the help of Cara, the customer support agent, she easily guided me through our account setup and activated some new features for us too!! So far so good! I haven't had this easy of an app set up in a long time. Also can't forget to mention the amazing customer service Cara provided. Thank you, Cara!
