Personally, it was one of the best services I've ever received.
They politely asked my wishes and tried to fulfill them.
Even if it's free.
Functionally, I've tried all the similar apps in Shopify to find what I'm looking for, but nothing like this one.
Overwhelmingly simple and performance-wise, it has everything you want.
Just no words needed. You will understand what's mean it is if you use it. highly recommend.
Looking forward to the next app they will create. Please contact me when it is made. I will use it right away.

I have been on a search for an app with the features that I needed to create a loyalty program. BON has everything in one place. The app is very user friendly and if you don't grasp things as easily. You have support there to help. I was flying through the setup at midnight. Emile popped in and introduced herself, shared a nice conversation. She also pointed out some suggestions to make the app easier to find. She was really a great help. I can't wait to really see the app in action. Thank you for seeing a need and creating the solution to it. New app with a great team and big goals that they are crushing.

Great app, especially for businesses that don't know much about tech.

This app is perfect if you need a customer loyalty program for your business on shopify. I had an inquiry and the customer service rep, Cady, was there for me and quickly answered my calling and solved my concern.

I totally enjoyed using this app. It felt like Emile and team Bon loyalty Points were on a rescue for me! It was my first time using any loyalty program and the developer & client support made it so easy for me to understand how to make it program functional. By chance Emily could help me out during the weekend when they were supposed to be offline. It truly helped me a lot and no words can actually define this because I was working on a lot of other things and had a lot of pressure! The entire team's patience was a relief for me to be having this app added for the first time. I have had an amazing experience setting it up! Thankyou everyone!! Emile, Daisy & Dean thanks again!

Nice customer service! Although they said that don't answer on weekends Cara just replied to my message in 10 sec on weekends! App also works perfect
