LOVE THIS APP!!!! I instantly had a small issue with the icon size and chatted w/Carla and was helped also by the tech and it was fun just chatting w/Carla while waiting for the fix. I 100% refer this app/company to all businesses. They are awesome people, professional and they replied to my needs on there away time. Give them a chance if you don't want to deal with any BS from other rewards programs out there. They fixed the issue and I am very satisfied.

I originally had another app monitoring my rewards for my customers as I went with the "most reviews" and high star rating; however, I kept searching because I found that rewards program kinda limiting me to what I wanted to do for my customers and I ended up finding this one, and I am making the switch over! The customer support is TOP KNOTCH. I have been on with them the past 2 nights for a good couple hours getting them help me switch over and to be honest, they are doing all the work for me. Emile was my support person and she was great at keeping me updated and communicating with me. What needs to be done on their end, how long etc. She also was very clear on what I needed to do and how to go about doing it. I was very nervous to make the switch but extremely happy I did! If you are looking for a more personalized approach to being able to reward your customers and MORE OPTIONS, this app is definitely a must. I technically didn't have to be on for hours talking to support but I was enjoying learning more about it and really covering my basis. It's super user friendly and easy to follow and understand. Sometimes the smaller ones are the goodies ;) get on it earlier than later in my opinion. Cheers and we are all in this together shopifiers ;)

With any new APP it can be difficult to work out how to use it and how to make it work best for your site. I had a go and wasn't too happy so I contacted support and Sunny was so helpful. She accessed our store and made the APP look great and I am sure it will help grow our business. We have already had customers sign up and expect more now that it has been given a personal touch. I was looking for an app to use for our online store in order for our loyal customers to receive points and rewards as they shop. I tried multiple apps and finally came across BON Loyalty. I am drawn to apps with a user friendly platform and ones that make my job easier and more fun! This is one of them!
I'm in the process of setting it up still and plan on launching it soon, but I'm excited to get going! It looks great! The support has been excellent throughout, I can't fault that! No matter what time of day I seem to get a quick response and nothing is too much trouble!
I had an issue I was really worried about and ended up speaking with Anna, within a couple of minutes my problem was solved! It's not often these days you get such great support at your fingertips!

After trying out different Rewards Apps for the last three years of our business, we landed on BON and haven't looked back. The features we get are on par with other very expensive apps up there. Customer support is very fast too and answered all our questions immediately. Would happily recommend and I can't see us changing to an alternative rewards app for a long while.
