BON Loyalty has the best customer service by far! I have had three loyalty programs in total - BON Loyalty is my third - and they are the quickest and most knowledgeable. I love that my chat did not automatically close with my helper Genie. It also retains my previous conversations from the past (my previous reward programs would delete the conversations). Genie was very patient with all my questions, provided numerous helpful links for applying rewards to a customer's purchase, uploading a preexisting customer/point csv, and so much more. Thank you Genie!

If you are reading through all of the Shopify apps that provide loyalty programs, this is the best one. Before I downloaded BON, I tried every other app associated with a rewards program and BON is the only one that gives you free access to the tools you're supplied with - others require hundreds of dollars. This is THE best app for rewards programs but best part has been the customer service. While using Bon, if you click on something you don't have access to then it sends an automated message to customer support. I didn't know this so when I sent a message, I was typing to apologize and let them know I didn't need help but Cady still went out of her way to solve the problem. She was so incredibly nice, not like other support workers that make you feel rushed! I mentioned having trouble with one other feature and she solved it almost immediately. She went above and beyond after solving every issue I mentioned, she also let me know other features they offer to give me options with what I had mentioned. BON is the best offered, and you are lucky if you get to speak with Cady! Amazing experience!

Great design and all the features the app has. Support is as it should be in trying to solve everything. In the beginning, I had some technical issues with the app but we were able to resolve them so everything works now.

I love this app and they have great customer service. Dale was very helpfull and able to answer all my questions. I really like being able to offer my customers a rewards program and this app is perfect because it very straight forward and uncomplicated... I recommend it!

Le service d'assistance est très efficace et en plus de ça les personnes sont très sympa. L'assistance vous permettra de personnaliser le système "Bon" selon vos besoins si quelque chose ne vous convient pas. En ce qui concerne le système de fidélité Bon, jusqu'à présent ça me convient parfaitement, c'est bien pensé !

Hey There! Polarized_Art here! I operate Polarized F.A.M. Let's face it, free apps usually come with horrible service... but I downloaded Bon Loyalty and Rewards today. I had it set up and functional in less than 15 minutes. As a busy entrepreneur time is a money! The app is simple, yet intuitive and beautiful. The main goal in business is to grow your community and this powerful tool is needed. Oh yea, you can customize just about anything: emails, widgets, rewards, etc. Support? No need for the fuss because Emile and the support team are ready to assist you with the app. I sent over a message and was assisted in less than 5 minutes. My case was closed in less than thirty. That is what you can call convenient. Convenience is free, but in this case free, is worth its weight in gold or crypto. Great app and even better support. Don't hesitate to download Bon Loyalty & Referral. Emile event took the time to share her opinion about my store. She loves what we have to offer. app does not work well - customers can use the rewards with out points. Customers dont have to follow your social they click the tab to follow and they get points without actually following you . When customers redeem points the information does not come over to shopify only that the customer created a discount code but NO ACTUAL order .I have reached out to the app but all they want to do is log on to my shopify account .

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We really appreciate your feedback. I truly understand the frustration these issues caused you :( Let me give you some brief explanations of the three concerns you shared in the review:

1. Why customers can get points without actually following the merchant's social media?
The logic is that customers will get points when click on the button "Follow", even if they do not actually follow your social media accounts. Big companies like Facebook, Twitter,..etc. do not allow third-party apps, such as BON, to access the database.
As far as we know, all other loyalty apps on Shopify App Store have the same logic and couldn't access to these big companies' data either. We'd recommend using these features to help you advertise your store's social media, so that your customer can easily connect with your store, rather than the main website only.

2. How could a customer "redeem without points"?
After you adjust the point balance, the remaining point amount is still enough for this customer to redeem. We've carefully looked into the problems you highlighted and have reached out privately via the chat window, or a live meeting to try and resolve these concerns.

3. Why did the Dev team need to log in to your Shopify account?
Customer privacy is Shopify's, and BON's first and foremost priority. That is why we'd need your approval so we can help address and solve the problem much faster. I’m sorry if the collaboration invitation sent to your store made you worry. I hope my answer cleared your concern.
